1. What are the return policies?
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We cannot accept returns for custom items unless faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you believe your item to be faulty then please contact us at hello@zippawshop.com.
2. What is the shipping time?
As you may know, our small business is entirely run by one person, every product is handmade with the major detail and quality to provide our customers with the best handmade products. Our products have a 1-2 week turnaround time. From time to time, the material required to make your order might be out of stock with our suppliers. This is not something usual and it most likely won't affect your turnaround time; however if the restock does take longer than expected, I'll contact you to discuss our options.
3. Do the products need special care?
All of our products can be easily washed. You can spot clean it with a wet wipe or towel, place it under running water and hand wash or machine wash it with cold water in a laundry bag. A spare toothbrush does an excellent job of getting into any small gaps.
Air dry and lay flat if possible.
